As we begin a new year, the team at Kelly Generator & Equipment is excited to build on the momentum from last year. All-Company Meeting

KGE recently came together for our annual All-Company Meeting, which was a chance to connect, reflect on the past year, and share updates on where the company is headed. Leadership provided insight into company growth, upcoming initiatives, and the continued expansion across the markets we serve.

The meeting also included recognition of employees whose hard work and commitment help drive our success. It was a great opportunity to celebrate the people behind the company and start the year focused on continued teamwork and progress.

Annual Generac Conference in Las Vegas

Earlier this year, several team members traveled to Las Vegas to attend the annual conference hosted by Generac. The event brings together distributors, dealers, and industry professionals from across the country to discuss emerging trends, product innovations, and the evolving needs of the power generation industry.

Throughout the conference, attendees participated in training sessions, equipment demonstrations, and discussions focused on new technologies and service strategies. These opportunities provide valuable insight into the latest developments across Generac’s product lines and allow distributors to share ideas and best practices with others in the industry.

In addition to the educational sessions, the conference also offered time to connect with peers and strengthen relationships across the dealer network. Events like this help reinforce the partnerships that support our industry and allow us to continue providing customers with reliable equipment, knowledgeable service, and dependable power solutions.

The January Snowstorm

The start of the year brought significant winter weather across many of the areas we serve, including heavy snowfall and challenging conditions throughout January. Despite the difficult travel and demanding conditions, our service technicians continued responding to calls, performing maintenance, and supporting customers who rely on dependable backup power.

Working through snow, ice, and freezing temperatures, their dedication ensured that critical systems remained operational and that customers received the support they needed when it mattered most. Their commitment to safety, reliability, and customer service is a reflection of the professionalism that drives our service team every day.
