Hello!
From time to time, and maybe even now, millions of us face the tremendous task of starting over. And over. And over. And over. Moving to a new home. Starting a new job. Re-re-re-starting a business. Rebuilding after tragedy, after destruction, after failure, after illness. Coping with loss is an enormous challenge, especially if you feel alone, exhausted, and maybe too old to have to do this again.
Where does the strength to start over come from?
I think some comes from the life force inside us, a reservoir of survival skills deep inside ourselves, bequeathed to us maybe somewhere deep in the DNA from ancestors who also had to adapt to change or had to overcome adversity. I think some also comes from others who share their energy, enthusiasm, and knowledge with us. And, of course, some comes from a Power greater than us.
Every time I begin anew, I find that once I begin the rebuilding process, it takes hold and carries me with it. I find that, this time, I have more experience, better tools, and greater clarity about what I want to accomplish than I have had in the past. Then I realize my do-over is really just a continuation of my life, my work, my path. This fills me with joy.
The peach blossoms in today's image depicts nature's continuity of the seasons, and rebirth in the Springtime.
Be well. Stay safe. Love life. Happy Spring!!!
Love and blessings to you and the ones you love,
