When you join the ASHI Annual Meeting in Orlando, you can expect:
- Hand sanitizer at the entrance to each meeting room.
- ASHI to provide disposable KN95 masks at the entrance to each session.
- To receive a Covid-19 Antigen testing kit (2 tests per kit) at hotel check-in. Additional testing kits will be available at registration for attendees staying off property.
- ASHI staff, hotel staff, and third-party technicians such as audiovisual and exhibit hall workers to be masked.
- Our audiovisual providers to wipe down surfaces, including microphones, with sanitized wipes. Ample signage will be posted to request that attendees refrain from touching and adjusting microphones. Hand sanitizer will be available for presenters and crew.
