The Story of Harry Stein
Harry Stein was a police officer, an attorney, and a Circuit Court Judge in the 18th Judicial Circuit of Florida. He was a veteran of the Korean War where he served for two and a half years. Harry had a desire for service and his family is grateful that he was able to continue giving through tissue donation after he passed away.

“The donation helped give me peace to know he would live on in other people, through helping people have a better life.” – Harry’s wife, Laurie.

Harry listened for a living. He was an observer and could read people quickly. People would come up to Harry years after his court rulings, just to thank him. He had a way of making people feel good about themselves.

Harry loved to travel with Laurie and their dog, Tasha in their RV. Together, they traveled all 50 states and to 92 countries. He rejoiced in his hobbies – especially bridge – and loved spending time with his friends and family.

We are grateful for Harry’s gift and the support of his family. His donation has transformed the lives of people around the world.
