Last night, the First Academy-Leesburg school board met to discuss a variety of topics. Many of those topics had to do with the current economic situation and how the board could help parents. As a result of their discussion the following was voted on and approved.
Each student that is registered or registers by July 15, 2020, will receive a discount of $200 toward the 2020-2021 registration fees. If you have already paid this fee, then you will have a credit on your account that you can use for future charges. If you have not finished paying your registration fees, then the discount amount will be taken from that fee. The will be no cash value given.

We will also be offering this to all new families who are not currently registered for next year and will keep that offer on the table up until the deadline of July 15th, 2020!
Account payments were extended through today, April 15th. If you have made payment arrangements with Mr. Frescoln or Carla Hollowell, then April late fees will be waived.
FA will continue to pay for the credit card convenience fees for all online payments through April 30th. If paying online, the fees will still be charged as it is a system default and can not be changed. You can either deduct the fee amount from your payment to make the total balance reflect what is due or receive a credit for future use on your account.
During these difficult times we are trying to accommodate each family’s needs. As each family has a different situation, we want to work with you if you need an extension on paying your balance. If your family has been affected by these trying times, please reach out to either Mr. Frescoln (gfrescoln@faleesburg.com) or to Carla Hollowell (chollowell@faleesburg.com) on how an extension would work for your particular situation. We will do everything we can to make reasonable payment request happen. Let us know the dates you would like to have it extended to and the approximate amount of what your payments would be. We will not be charging late fees for people requesting extensions.
