2021 Sea Pines CSA Board of Director Election Information
Three “Class A” Residential Directors Board seats and Two “Class B” Commercial Director Board seats that will become available on January 1st, 2022.

Important Election Dates
- August 1, 2021: CSA Board of Directors application deadline
- August 2021: Candidate interviews
- August 31, 2021: CSA candidates announced
- October 1, 2021: CSA Application by Petition deadline
- November 1, 2021: CSA Board of Director Election Ballots sent to CSA Members
- December 1, 2021: Ballots must be returned by December 1, 2021, to be valid

The Sea Pines CSA Administration Building Operations Update
As of Wednesday, May 26, 2021, appointments will no longer be required when visiting the Sea Pines CSA Administration building, located at 175 Greenwood Drive. Hours of operation are M-F from 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM.
Members of the public are encouraged to continue to conduct business with Sea Pines CSA by phone, e-mail or online, when possible. For more information on our online services or to make a request online visit www.seapinesliving.com/request

Memorial Day Hours for the Sea Pines CSA Administration Office, ARB & Sea Pines Community Center |

Friday, May 28: Closing at 2:00 PM
Monday, May 31: Closed
Tuesday, June 1: Returning to normal business hours
All other Sea Pines CSA offices will remain under normal operating hours. Sea Pines Security may be reached 24/7/365 at 843.671.7170.

Sea Pines Beach Club Parking Update
Effective Saturday, May 29th, if the Plantation Club overflow parking lot reaches capacity, then the Hilton Head Prep parking lot will be opened as an additional overflow parking location for the following:
- Sea Pines property owners
- Sea Pines property owners personal guests and family members
- Sea Pines weekly rental pass guest
- Long term renters and their personal guests

Hilton Head Island Beach Law Reminders |
|
- No alcohol (liquor), beer or wine.
- No dogs or other animals are allowed on the beach between 10 am & 5 pm, starting the Friday before Memorial Day (5/28) thru Labor Day (9/6).
- No shovels made of materials other than wood and/or plastic; the shovels must be less than 30”(L) and 6”(W).

No holes greater than 12” deep. Please fill in holes before you leave. This helps protect our beach visitors from getting injured if they step in a hole and our sea turtles from getting trapped or injured if they fall in a hole.
- No tents, towels, chairs, coolers or other personal belongings should be left overnight.

Sea Pines Red Route Trolley Service Update
The Red Route will operate with the following service times:
- Friday, May 28th - Sunday, June 6th from 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Sea Pines CSA Conducting Community Stormwater Ditch Cleaning |
|
Stormwater ditch cleaning continued this week along Battery Road (pictured). The maintenance and removal of sediment build-up in our stormwater system is important for the conveyance of stormwater from rainfall events. Ditch cleanout will begin along Greenwood Drive Thursday, May 27th and will continue through Friday, June 4th, weather depending. |

Sea Pines CSA To Host Deep Well Donation Event |
|
The next Deep Well Donation Drop-off event is scheduled at the Sea Pines Community Center Parking Lot (71 Lighthouse Rd. Suite #120) on Thursday, June 3rd from 8:00 AM to Noon.
