Tuesday: Stuffed Pepper Soup / Tuscan White Bean Soup
~ Two classic soups to start out the week. Stuffed pepper soup is one the whole family loves and for good reason. Packed with fresh garden peppers, Thomas ground beef, and lots of other veggies fill the pot to the brim. Pair with our herb salt bread for a perfect fall dinner.
This vegetarian soup is a simple favorite and combines veggies, beans, and fresh herbs into a bouquet of flavors. This is the perfect soup for a hearty lunch for a sunny October day.
Wednesday- Stuffed Breads
~Pepperoni Rolls and Flavor of the Week Roll
~Focaccia
~Olive Oil Bread
Thursday- Loaded Potato Soup / Mushroom Tortellini Soup
~ I am a 40 some year-old woman who tries to eat a high protein, high fiber, low fat diet. I do my best to eat minimal carbs, but all that being said, I love potatoes. They are my favorite food, and this is one of my favorite soups. Packed with potatoes (obviously), bacon, ham, veggies, and cheddar cheese. Pair with a fresh green salad for a complete dinner.
We make a mean mushroom soup, no matter the type we are whipping up. This is a creamy soup packed with a variety of mushrooms, vegetables, greens, and cheese tortellini. Filled with savory and earthy flavors and texture.
Friday- Meatballs and Red Sauce
~ If you don't know, you should, Batch makes some of the best meatballs around. Hand mixed with local ground beef, parm cheese, fresh herbs, and combo of seasonings. We let all that beef marinate over night and start rolling first thing in the morning, while the homemade sauce is bubbling on the stove. It's just like mama made on Sunday afternoons. Dinner is done.
Saturday- Quiche
~ Sundried Tomato, Spinach, Goat Cheese
~ Ham and Cheddar
~ Mushroom and Gouda
Tortellini Salad
~ Perfectly cooked cheese tortellini tossed with fresh tomatoes and shallots in our balsamic dressing, is then placed on a bed of mixed greens and sprinkled with Italian cheese.
