A message from TSHP PAC Co-Chairs, Aaron Reich & Aaron Bond.

The TSHP PAC Silent Auction, held during TSHP’s Annual Seminar, helps ensure that our friends in the legislature know that we appreciate the efforts they have made, and continue to make, on behalf of TSHP, the Texas pharmacy community, and YOUR patients.

How Can I Help? You can donate a vacation package, a timeshare or a day out on your boat, golf outings, concert or sporting event tickets, gift certificates, art, china, tablets, smart home devices! The options are endless. Here are a few ideas and actual items that have been generously donated by your fellow TSHP members and friends:
  • Local food and regional items: wines, regional specialty snacks, meats & cheeses, yellow rose plant, selection is regional BBQ, cookbooks
  • Travel and recreation: a week stay in a lodge or cabin, a timeshare week at various destinations, golf outing for two; 25k to 50K frequent flier miles
  • Pharmacy collectibles: mortars and pestles, antiques, china, bar ware, apothecary jars, pillboxes, signs, old prescriptions, and more
  • Sports tickets, equipment, and memorabilia
  • Artwork and photography
  • Clothing and jewelry: handmade and designer
  • Education and training: medical, pharmacy, and health-related reference books and subscriptions
  • Home and luxury items: decorative baskets, hand carved pottery and boxes, home design accessories
  • Electronics: Tablets, eReaders, iPods, Smartwatch
  • Gift Baskets

When Can I Donate? You can start donating today online! To help us prepare for the Silent Auction, we ask that you  submit your intention to donate by April 3.

What Else Can I Do? In addition to donation, there are several other ways the TSHP PAC needs your help.
  1. You can bid on the many Silent Auction items that will be on display during the TSHP Annual Seminar. Remember to have your cash, checks, and credit cards ready!
  2. You can volunteer to help during the Silent Auction. For more information, contact PAC Co-Chair, Aaron Reich at AReich@trinu.com.
  3. You can be a financial donor. Send your check to the TSHP PAC today at the address below or contribute online now.
  4. You can be proactive by contacting your legislators and let them know TSHP’s position on the issues. Contact Stacey.Mather@tshp.org for more information on how to get involved.
  5. You can be visible when TSHP asks for volunteers to testify or simply assist as pharmacist visibility at the Capital.
