Faculty Spotlights

Lu Kong, assistant professor in the School of Information Systems and Management, received the 2024-2025 Muma Outstanding Teaching Award. 

Nicole Hess, assistant professor at the School of Marketing and Innovation, received the 2024-2025 Outstanding Undergraduate Teaching Award.

Jay Civitillo, assistant professor of instruction in the School of Marketing and Innovation, received the 2025 Outstanding Student Organization Advisor award.

Brianna Paulich, assistant professor in the School of Marketing and Innovation, was a finalist in the 2025 USF Innovation in Online Design and Teaching Award.

Ehsan Sheybani, professor in the School of Information Systems and Management, was named the USA winner of the 2025 Sahlgrenska Global Health Hackathon.

Seckin Ozkul, assistant professor and director of the USF Supply Chain Innovation Lab, discussed the trade war on WFTS Tampa Bay's Full Circle Florida program.

Elle Bickford (‘18, BS, Finance; ‘19, MBA) started a new role at Raymond James as the relationship manager for longevity planning. 

Rothmalande Jean (‘19, BS, Business Administration and HR management) is a human resources specialist for the City of Jacksonville. 

Brian Lamb (‘98, BS, Accounting; ‘17, MBA) is head of specialized industries at JPMorgan Chase Commercial Banking. 

Robert Schuster (‘20, BS, Marketing; ‘21, MBA; ‘22, MS, Sport and Entertainment Management) was promoted to guest and member relations account executive at the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He is a former USF Muma College of Business 25 Under 25 Award honoree.

Ahad Khan (‘13, BS, Accounting) started a new role as vice president for cross functional at Portage Point Partners. He is a former USF Muma College of Business 25 Under 25 Award honoree.
