Confusion abounds these days. There is so much coming at us; it’s no wonder we may feel confused. Confusion can come from many sources.

Overwhelm

Sadness

Lack of focus

Feeling upset or blue or ….

Some trauma that just happened or is still with us

What's happening in the world

There are so many more options; I encourage you to check in and see what makes you feel confused most often, love.

First, I want to give a little support to clear up confusion before we go any further.

These two exercises will help you cut old cords that hold you in bondage.

Cutting the cords:

Meaning the things/energies that are holding your heart or head or both captive.

Bring all your fingers together like you are putting them into a mitt.

Then use your elbows to the tips of your fingers to create a cutting downward motion across your heart.

Start from your hands by the sides of your ears and cut down diagonally powerfully, one hand at a time, moving your hands very fast across your heart for 2-3 minutes consecutively.

Try it and see if you don’t feel more connected to you, not so pulled by outside influences.

Option #2 for the brave: take swords in case you don’t have swords, use big kitchen knives, and put on some wild drum music and dance wildly using the steel of the swords/knives to cut around you and clear your magnetic field.

Steel is one of the strongest metals and great for clearing energy.

When we are confused, we don’t make great decisions, right? We may make decisions, but afterwards, we ask ourselves, why did I do or buy or give that?

As we go into holiday mode, yes, now Halloween kick-starts The Season. I know it used to be after Thanksgiving, but no longer.

I don’t know about you, but I love gift-giving, yet I want the gifts to be unique, to be tuned into the person. Yes, I love the ease of online shopping; I love finding something that has the person's name on it. Meaning it’s so perfect for them.

While we were in North Carolina this fall, I saw this kitchen towel in lovely red and yellow colors with this woman surreptitiously selling eggs out of her cloak. So fun, so perfect for my dear friend who is both an amazing cook and loves eggs. There was no way I was leaving that restaurant without that gift for her. It was so perfect.

I’m sure you know what I mean by the perfect gift feeling of ahhh I know this person I love will love this. It’s not the cost; it’s the matching of gifts to the person.
