A dynamic, mission driven executive whose 20-year career spans healthcare consulting, international development and large-scale not-for-profit fundraising. Deb will serve as a key architect of ALSAC’s future, guiding enterprise vision and long-term strategy while translating mission-driven ambition into measurable growth and innovation. Previously, Deb served as Chief Development Officer at Doctors Without Borders.

Lisa Wilson

Lisa Wilson has been named Chief Financial Officer at the Bipartisan Policy Center (BPC), a leading nonpartisan organization that drives principled solutions by bringing together Republicans and Democrats to help turn legislators’ best ideas into passable, durable laws. An accomplished financial executive with more than 25 years of experience in not-for-profit fiscal management, Lisa will serve as a key member of BPC’s senior leadership team. In this role, she will oversee all financial, information technology, and administrative functions of this high-performing policy and advocacy organization. Most recently, Lisa served as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Administration at the Center for Strategic and International Studies.

Heather Dean

Heather Dean has been named Chief Financial Officer at the Entertainment Software Association (ESA). ESA promotes and protects the dynamic global marketplace for video games and enhances public trust in the industry. In this executive leadership role, Heather is responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the association, including fiscal management of the Entertainment Software Rating Board (ESRB), the ESA Foundation, and serving as Treasurer of the ESA Political Action Committee. Heather brings more than 30 years of experience in not-for-profit leadership with expertise in finance, administration, and strategic initiatives for national membership organizations. Most recently, she served as Chief Finance and Administrative Officer at the American Society of Association Executives.
