Spring is one of my favorite times to be in The Woodlands — the market comes alive, and so do the possibilities. Here's what I'm watching this month.

Hello from The Woodlands

Hi there, I hope March is off to a wonderful start for you and your family. As we head into the heart of spring, I wanted to take a moment to connect, share what's happening in the market, and let you know I'm always just a call or text away.

Whether you're thinking about making a move, curious about what your home is worth, or simply want to stay informed — I'm here. No pressure, just honest conversation. That's how I've always worked, and it's not going to change.

Thank you for trusting me to be your real estate resource. It means more than you know.

MARKET UPDATE

The Woodlands Housing Market

March 2026

The local market is shifting into a more balanced rhythm as we head into spring. Here's a snapshot of where things stand:

What this means for you: Homes are taking longer to sell than in recent years, giving buyers more time to evaluate their options. Sellers who price strategically and present their homes well are still commanding strong results. With prices up year-over-year and inventory growing, this spring market rewards preparation on both sides of the transaction.
