Young Leader Gives Back

A simple postcard can make a lasting impact. Through a leadership project at her martial arts school, young community member BreeLyn Amburgey organized a heartfelt effort to create handmade postcards for Moosehaven residents.Bree wanted to remind residents that they are valued, remembered, and appreciated. With the help of family and friends, she delivered messages of kindness and encouragement that brought smiles to residents across campus.

Celebrating Mothers

Moosehaven's ladies were honored during a special Mother's Day Banquet celebrating the mothers and mother figures who have made a lasting impact on their families and communities. Residents enjoyed an afternoon of fellowship, laughter, and appreciation with friends and neighbors.

Father's Day Banquet

Our gentlemen were treated to a special Father's Day Banquet featuring filet mignon, whipped potatoes, carrots, fresh salad, and caramel cheesecake for dessert. Thank you to all the fathers and father figures who have made a lasting impact on our community.

Residents enjoyed a visit to the Freedom 250 Mobile Museum, an interactive traveling exhibit celebrating America's 250th anniversary. The experience offered a unique opportunity to explore our nation's history, reflect on the freedoms we enjoy today, and take part in this historic milestone celebration.
