In honor of Women’s History Month, we are proud to celebrate the remarkable women within our 3rd Street community. These leaders inspire us daily with their dedication to the health, growth, and success of young people across San Francisco. From delivering wraparound health services—including counseling, reproductive care, and wellness programs—to standing up for housing rights and advocating policies that center youth, these women are essential to the wellbeing of our community.
And while we honor the contributions of women this month, 3rd Street is a space where all young people—no matter their gender identity—are welcomed, supported, and empowered.

YES Conference
Our Policy team attended the YES Conference in Sacramento to advocate for policies that directly impact the youth we serve. 🏛️
🚨Youth Coordinated Entry System: Tara Dixon, a 3rd Street client and TAY NAV resident, spoke to the system’s gaps in San Francisco and the urgent need for statewide solutions.
🚨HHAP Funding Advocacy: Our TAY NAV wouldn’t exist without HHAP funding, yet Governor Newsom's proposed budget excludes it this year. We’re fighting to ensure it’s reinstated to support youth housing programs across California.
