Jewish Family Services of Greater Orlando and Central Florida Hillel are proud to announce a new partnership to better meet the needs of UCF students.

We're Currently Accepting Orange County Clients for Our Family Stabilization Program (FSP)!
The Family Stabilization Program (FSP) is a preventative, six-month case management program. The program is designed for families to obtain self sufficiency by teaching them critical skills and tools to resolve crises and avoid future hardships while achieving long term stability.

The program’s primary objectives are to improve money management skills, family functioning, mental stress, and to maintain or improve employability and housing while reducing stress. This is accomplished by providing clients with a variety of supportive services at no cost to participants.

If you live in Orange County and are interested in applying for FSP, call (407) 644-7593 ext. 236!

The Power of Giving: Kobrin Family Scholarship
"Thanks to the Kobrin Family Scholarship my family was not overly burdened. I am excited to share that I finished my first full year of college at UCF, and I have gotten very involved on campus (as much as COVID allowed) and am now a member of the AEPhi sorority and a frequent attendee at Hillel among other Jewish-related organizations. I am so thankful to the Kobrin Family Scholarship and JFS Orlando for helping me achieve my college goals!"
—Jacqui, 2020 scholarship recipient
The Kobrin Family established the Kobrin Family Scholarship Fund in 1990 for qualified students in the Central Florida area. The scholarship has helped many students and their families make the financial transition to college easier over the years.
Get a jump-start on your scholarship search and apply to the 2022 Kobrin Family Scholarship!

The scholarship is available in the amount of $2,500 per year for a maximum of four (4) years.

The time has arrived: the kids are going back to school. Whether your child is crossing the bridge into a new year or you’re sending your kiddo for the first time, there are so many emotions involved in this transition—for both the child(ren) making the big change and for the parents sending the child(ren) on their way.
