STAFF SPEAKING
Here is a note from the Membership & Events Manager, Meghan Ginter:
"We strive very hard at the Chamber of Commerce to provide a variety of opportunities for our members to network with each other and engage with our staff. I have had so much fun in the last 3 month working on luncheons, Business After 5's, and special events like our Canucks Town Hall Breakfast. There really is something for everyone! On Thursday, November 5th from 8:00 - 9:00am we will be hosting our first Coffee Hour with the CEO & Board of the fall. This is a great chance to connect with Chamber leadership, ask questions about your membership, hear the latest Chamber news and network with other members. And, of course, we will provide coffee and tasty treats! Is there any better way to start your morning!
I look forward to seeing you there!"

CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL OUR 2015 BUSINESS EXCELLENCE AWARDS WINNERS!!
The Prince George Chamber of Commerce hosted their 2015 Business Excellence Awards tonight at the Civic Centre with more than 350 in attendance.
A 1920s mobster theme was chosen for this year's event bringing the biggest 'families' in business together for an evening of business celebration.
Ten awards were handed out in categories ranging from the prestigious Business Person of the Year to the ever popular Service Excellence Award. Voting for the Hell Yeah Prince George Ambassador Award occurred entirely on Facebook, and in its second year, generated even more votes this year compared to last. This award celebrates people doing positive things to promote the city.
A complete list of Saturday's winner are found on our
website.
