CVR MLS headquarters at 8975 Three Chopt Road will remain closed to foot traffic during Phase One of Governor Northam’s Forward Virginia Plan.

Showing Tips

If marketing and showing activity on a listing has been suspended, you should move the listing to Temporarily Withdrawn.

If the seller is not allowing in-person showings, please disclose this in the agent only comments and update your showing instructions.

Utilize virtual options as much as possible, including virtual open houses and virtual tours.

Technology Provider Highlight
On your Clareity dashboard, you will now see a tile for Daily / Weekly Showing Data. This links you to data and reports on weekly showing activity since the beginning of January as compared to last year. Highlighting points of the line chart shows weekly rolling averages on a daily level. The data is as current as the day prior to viewing. Click the button below to get to the Clareity Dashboard.
