Forever HBC 586
When you see "HBC" followed by a number in a beer you know you are about to experience a new experimental hop that is yet to be named. In this case we wanted to do a single hop of this new variety with notes of tropical fruits, mango, guava, and citrus fruits.

The inspiration for this beer is a new Australian hop which is now called Eclipse. We had the chance to brew with it back when it had the clever name, HPA016, and liked it enough to put it in a new beer along with another great Aussie export, Galaxy. Expect guava, passionfruit and orange from this hop combo.

Two of our favorite hops of the moment, Strata and Motueka, team up for the first time for us. Expect tropical fruit, creamy berries, and candied lemon-lime.

New Year (couldn't come soon enough!!!), new hop. At least to us. This NZ variety was relegated to the dustbin during the years of the great race for alpha hops, but it's back now that aroma and flavor are king. We've blended a large amount of NZ Pacific Sunrise hops in with a complementary amount of Citra hops in hopes of turning a page and starting off the year with something new.

With @crakbrewery from Padua, Italy. We teamed up with the finest NE style IPA producer in Italy to brew up this delicious follow up to If You Like Double IPA, Drink 2 of These which we brewed in Italy last year. Hopped with Galaxy, Motueka, Kohatu, and the very difficult to source, but amazing, Riwaka hop.

Hopped at the equivalent of 13 lbs/bbl with Citra, Mosaic and Sabro this is one very dense beer. We used a blend of Incognito and Cryo hops to push this to the limits.

Repeat after me. Citra, Galaxy, Strata. Citra, Galaxy, Strata. Sounds good right? This iteration of our Citra forward 'Gems' series contains a healthy amount of oats and a pinch of lactose for max smoothness.
