Dear friends,
Last night we concluded this year's Ecumenical Lent Series with the other churches of Seven Locks Road. Each year this is a wonderful and tangible reminder of our interconnectedness with the entire Christian family through Christ himself. I'm so glad that this continues to be an opportunity that resonates with our church family -- it's been wonderful to share in this blessing of the Lent season together!
Palm Sunday, Holy Week, and Easter are fast approaching (check the bulletin for full details!) -- but, before we get there, this Sunday we will gather for worship and consider two powerful stories of hope in unlikely places: Ezekiel's Valley of Dry Bones and the Tomb from which Lazarus was Raised. Both stories point us squarely to the joy of Easter and the sure promises God has made to us in Jesus.
I can't wait to be together in worship and fellowship this Sunday -- may God hold in you peace and protection until then!
Yours in Christ,
Pastor Patrick
