• All negative balances must be paid in full before the end of the school year. Our last day of school is Wednesday, May 29, 2024.
• Your child’s available balance will automatically be carried over in their account for next school year. Account balances will also transfer from one school to the next. (Katy Grammar to Katy Logic & Rhetoric).
• Balance transfer requests between sibling’s accounts must be submitted here by a parent or guardian before June 3, 2024. 
• Available balances will be refunded upon request by submitting your request here. A check will be mailed to the address you provide.
• If your child is receiving free/reduced price meals this school year, you will need to submit a new application to continue to receive benefits next school year. Please submit your 2024-2025 school year meal application after July 1, 2024 at SchoolCafé. 

• Breakfast is served from 7:20 AM - 7:40 AM at Katy Grammar K-4, from 7:20 am - 7:50 am at Katy Logic & Rhetoric 5-12, and from 7:25 AM - 7:55 AM at Cypress Grammar & Logic K-8. 

• Students who arrive after 7:40 AM are offered a Grab-N-Go breakfast at Katy Grammar and are then directed to their class. 

• If you would like your student to receive a hot breakfast, please ensure that they arrive prior to 7:40 AM. This provides the student with ample time to eat breakfast and to have a great start to their day.  

• Pizza Day is on Thursday at all campuses. A small selection of A La Carte items are offered daily. 

• Free & Reduced Price Meals: Applications must be renewed each year. You may apply for benefits at any time during the school year from July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024. Please visit SchoolCafé or download the free mobile app to your electronic device to apply today. If you do not have access to the Internet, paper applications are available at the District Office; please contact the Child Nutrition Department.

• Balance Reminders are sent twice a week via email and are sent home with the students once a week. 

• Payments: You have the option of paying online through SchoolCafé, by sending in checks, money orders, or cash with your student. Online payments, checks, or money orders are the preferred methods of payment. Check and money order payments must be made out to Aristoi Classical Academy, not ACA. If you are sending payments with your student, please enclose the funds in an envelope clearly marked with your student's name, grade level, teacher, amount enclosed, and date. This ensures proper posting to your student's account.  

• SchoolCafé Account: To create your student's account, go to SchoolCafé and enter your state on the “Need to Create an Account or Contact Us?” screen. You do need your student's ID number in order to set up your account. Please email the Child Nutrition Department for your student's ID. Then, follow the prompts to create your student's account. Once you created the account, you may apply for Free and Reduced Meals and have access to your student's balance, which allows you to make online payments, set up a low balance alert, etc. We highly recommend that you monitor your student's account on a regular basis. Setting up the low balance feature is a good tool to assist you with monitoring the account.
