Residents of the Rutland Dismas House, along with their friends, family, and staff, took a day trip to Great Escape for thrills and memories.

For people living in recovery, spending time with others provides a sense of community and belonging, encourages personal growth, and supports good mental health. Access to new hobbies and natural highs helps replace old patterns of behavior, restores the brain's reward system, and stimulates natural dopamine production.

Your support helps make these experiences possible -- thank you!

The guys proudly represented Rutland Dismas House at the bowling fundraiser hosted by Rutland Neighbors, a nonprofit organization in Rutland dedicated to helping individuals experiencing homelessness, poverty, and food insecurity. It was a wonderful opportunity to come together, have some fun, and support a great cause in our community. We're proud of their participation, teamwork, and willingness to give back. Thank you to Rutland Neighbors for hosting such a great even.

Are you a golfer?? We need your guidance.

You may have noticed the save-the-date for a mid-June golf tournament at Milestone Golf Course in Hampton, New York.

As we start planning add-ons, prizes, and perks, we'd really appreciate your input. This could be a one-time conversation, or you could join our golf tournament committee and meet regularly between now and June. If you are more of a beat-the-street kind of contributor, we welcome your help soliciting teams, sponsors, and prizes.

Please reach out to the Women's Dismas House Director and fellow golf enthusiast Dez Trapana to help shape this premiere event.

Calling all former Putt-Putt Sponsors!

Now is the time to make that gift toward the golf tournament. Similar sponsorship levels are available that you are familiar with. Thank you to Polly and Jim Timken for already snagging the top sponsorship tier.
