We’re adding three new professionals (David Henderson, Brendan Kennette and Carl Haffar) to our growing Corporate Finance team at Baker Tilly Windsor. Led by VP Peter Corio, this service line is a one‑stop‑shop resource that supports clients with transaction structuring, funding sources, capital and corporate investment decisions. Through academic excellence, entrepreneurial spirit and technical depth, our new team members bring a unique edge to our growing capabilities. It’s one more way our firm is continuing to provide added value, evolving to serve you better.

Meet David

David recently completed his Master of Financial Economics at the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management, and he joins our Corporate Finance team as a full‑time associate. With a strong academic foundation, he has a keen interest in the intersection of finance, economics and strategy. His analytical mindset and leadership experience make him a valuable new addition to our team.

Meet Brendan

A summer intern with a business background and sharp focus on marketing, management and business law, Brendan is entering the final year of his Bachelor’s degree at Sacred Heart University. He brings real‑world experience from his time as a business development intern at Make‑A‑Wish® Connecticut and a competitive, disciplined mindset from his time as a Division 1 hockey player.

Meet Carl

Carl is another intern joining our team this summer. He is a fourth‑year software engineering student at Western University with a strong interest in business analysis and data‑driven problem solving. His technical toolkit includes JavaScript, Postgres, Python, SQL and more ⁠–⁠ skills he’s excited to apply in a finance context.
