Bottom Line Up Front:  In recent weeks, TRAC has observed in its monitoring of multiple online platforms a topical convergence between left and right wing extremists in terms of their desired goals and perceived enemies. Both milieus identify a common thread, that influential Jews are the hidden-hand behind society's inequalities and the U.S. Federal government's "draconian policies." Furthermore, a shared stake in highlighting environmental degradation, anti-capitalism / anti-wealth (often tied in with the 'Jewish question'), rent strikes and attacks on infrastructure are issues and tactics that currents within, both sides are promoting. Though the most extreme elements in both camps seek to 'accelerate' a civilization-wide collapse, a wider sense of mistrust, hatred and paranoia will prevent movement-wide collaboration.

TRAC INSIGHT: Various White Nationalist and Eco-Fascist Telegram Channels Argue Over Cell Strategy and How to Organize 'The Acceleration' in the United States
TRAC Analyst Cat Cooper reviews recent infighting among various extremist Telegram channels, which is common following arrests of group members. But the latest spat was prompted after /BMW/ Telegram channel recommended to its followers that they should join 'a group while they still could' implying that law enforcement is actively hunting them. The online argument was an internal debate on how to best influence society and on what scale. TRAC observed arguments ranging from how widely racist propaganda flyers and other campaigns should be distributed to whether small militant cells plotting attacks or "taking over entire counties" would be best practice. We note that some of the tactics offered resembled the Bundy siege of the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge in 2016. TRAC provided screen shots of some of the internal fighting in its full analysis.
TRAC INCIDENT REPORT: Suspect Hijacks Passenger Bus with Guns and Explosives, Lutsk, Ukraine
Police in Lutsk, Ukraine received communication from one Maksim Plokhoy (Krivoshey), who hijacked a commuter bus with around 20 passengers onboard. Maksim Plokhoy is a nickname that translates roughly to 'Maksim the Bad.' The suspect's actual name is Maksim Krivoshey, aged 44 and is the author of an online screed entitled 'Philosophy of a Criminal .' The title is appropriate, given the suspect served at least 10 years in prison for weapons charges. Krivoshey is active on social media and created his own Telegram channel yesterday on 20 July 2020, where he listed his demands and confirmed that he hijacked the bus.

Those demands require that prominent politicians, church leaders and judicial officials record and upload to YouTube confessional videos admitting that they are 'terrorists.' He also declared 21 July 2020 'Anti System Day.'

(Cartel Activity / Video) Jalisco Nueva Generación Cartel (CJNG) Release Videos in Honor of 'El Mencho' and as a Show of Power and Military Might against Government and Santa Rosa de Lima Cartel - Mexico City, Mexico
On 17 July, the  Jalisco Nueva Generación Cartel (CJNG) , known to be one of Mexico's dominant criminal groups, released a pair of videos believed to have purposefully coincide with President Andrés Manuel López Obrador's visit to three of the most violent states in the country, including Jalisco, as well as to flaunt their military might at José Antonio Yépez "El Marro", considered to be the head of the Santa Rosa de Lima Cartel. While the common bond among Mexico's cartels is to "declare war" and act on their threats against police officers, the Office of the Attorney General in Mexico and the higher ranks of Mexico's government, with Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador's position against cartels to be one of "hugs, not bullets," the fight for territorial dominance amongst cartels has become more brazen.
