The City of Philadelphia Office of Transportation, Infrastructure & Sustainability (OTIS) is charged with driving change through our transportation and infrastructure systems.
WTS Philadelphia was formed by 12 women on June 21, 1979. Since then, the Chapter has focused on promoting the development and advancement of women and men in the transportation industry.
