Alabama Housing Finance Authority is pleased to announce effective June 1, 2019, we are bringing back the AHFA Processor of the Year competition.
Processor of the Year is an award earned by the processor who has submitted the most “perfect” Step 2 compliance packages in the calendar year.
Each time a processor submits a perfect compliance package, they will receive a postcard from our compliance staff congratulating them on the perfect submission.
A “perfect” submission is one where the Compliance Department does not have to ‘pend’ for any additional documentation prior to issuing the final approval.
At the end of the year, the processor with the most “perfect” submissions will receive special recognition as the AHFA Processor of the Year!
