1.) Registration for FREE January Professional Development: Making Learning Visible: Documentation & Assessment in Play-Based Learning: Thursday, January 5th from 6:30pm – 8:30pm
Our monthly free Professional Development opportunity will be presented by Jesi Sucku from ESD 112. Her training will be held virtually on Thursday, January 5th from 6:30pm – 8:30pm. Please see below for training title, description and link to register. There are unlimited spots for this training. For those in Licensed Programs this training will give you 2 STARS hours.
Training Description: When we document children's learning, we open up a world of understanding and show how much we value what children are capable of. In this class, learn new techniques for observing, documenting and assessing children in a natural, play-based way.
2.) Registration for Virtual Early Learning Professional Development Day on Friday, February 10th will open on Tuesday, January 17th
Registration for the 3rd Annual Virtual Early Learning Professional Development Day on Friday, February 10th, will open on Tuesday, January 17th. I will send a link for registration directly to each of you when it opens so you can register and share with the rest of your staff teams. There will be six different sessions to choose from throughout the day focused on STEM, Literacy, Math, Play and Behavioral Health. Looking forward to a great day of learning!
