PRELIMINARY MASTER PLAN FOR 100 ACRE PARK PROPERTY
We invite you to participate in the Master Plan process for the new park located along Highway 94 and Highway B. Please complete the online survey to provide your feedback about what park amenities you would identify as priorities for implementation along with what activities you would like to see in a fieldhouse. Additional thoughts on the development is also welcomed.
Explore what Pond Life has to offer as we focus on the aquatic ecosystems within our Parks and all of the life they support. Participants will learn about water collection, water quality and aquatic organisms as they search with skim nets and magnifying glasses in order to investigate what lives within our ponds. Learn about aquatic invertebrate identification as well as information about their life cycles, physical adaptations and what each critter can tell us about the water habitat.
Have fun learning new skills that will help you become a future St. Charles Parks and Recreation Department Lifeguard. You will learn water rescues, CPR and more!
