Hey FCA! February Highlights!

• At Laguna Beach HS, our huddles hit triple digits for the first time since starting huddles on campus last year for the first time. We had 100 kids in attendance and gave out 5 Bibles, praise God for how faithful He is!!
• At Capo Valley HS, we had head football coach Sean Curtis speak on the powerful topic of grace and God's grace in our lives. He spoke to 85 kids in attendance and gave out 7 Bibles along with impacting many of his players that day. Praise God!
• At Capo Valley Christian, we had new head football coach Brandon Camarillo speak at his first FCA huddle and share his testimony to students for the first time to the 45 kids who were in attendance, praise God!

Here's what Damian had to say about how FCA has changed his life!

• As an athlete, how has FCA impacted your life on all levels?

"FCA has given me an avenue to be surrounded by other Christians who constantly remind me of my identity in Christ. As an athlete, at times, it is challenging to try and balance my walk with Christ while wanting to succeed and compete at the highest levels in baseball and football; thankfully, God has blessed me with a community of Godly friends and mentors to lean on to when things get tough and who guide me back to God's plan and purpose for my life. I know that no matter what may happen in the sports I play and the worldly results that they bring, that I've already won because of the victory I share in Christ's death and resurrection."

• Being involved with FCA, how has FCA impacted your time in high school?

"FCA has positively impacted my time in high school in so many amazing ways. Through FCA, God provided me with a platform to share my testimony and faith with my peers on campus so that their hearts might be opened to the good news of the Gospel. I have been able to mature in my walk with Christ and be more comfortable with public speaking at our huddles. I have gained so many new skills and new friends because of FCA and I am proud of the impact that it has had not only on my life, but on the lives of the students on campus. I'm especially thankful for Adam and his guidance and mentorship in helping to develop in me the necessary skills to be a good president and a better ambassador of Christ."

FCA Coastal Classic Ball Drop

Partner with FCA in our annual FCA Coastal Classic Golf Tournament at the Tijeras Creek Golf Club to help raise funds for Kingdom building in Orange County. Be a part of what God is doing in FCA Orange County and give back to the Lord through FCA. • For Damian, as he begins to close out his senior year at LHHS and that he would finish strong
• For the golf tournament, and that the Lord would be glorified and that enough funds would be raised.
