The MACP Conference was a great opportunity to connect with Chamber professionals from across Michigan, share ideas, and learn how different Chambers are supporting their members and partnering with community organizations to create meaningful regional impact.
A highlight of the conference was a keynote from Kristen Kosidwski, who shared valuable insights on aligning teams around a shared vision and ensuring everyone is moving in the same direction. She also offered practical strategies for structuring our days to make the most of our time, energy, and priorities.
We left feeling inspired, energized, and excited to bring fresh ideas and perspectives back to our Chamber and the businesses and communities we serve!
-Hanna Crouch, Director of Programs & Events
I loved listening to Kristen Kosidowski talk about expectations and agreements. It was a valuable topic that I can apply in my personal and professional life. I took that information into breakout sessions with other Chamber professionals from across Michigan. It is a wonderful experience to connect with other Chambers and know that they are doing things differently (and that is okay!) but that they also struggle with similar challenges.
Outside of the professional development, MACP is a great opportunity to spend time with my teammates, getting to know them in different and fun ways that strengthen our relationships. I don't have just coworkers, I have teammates who feel like family, and I know they support me in so many more ways than just professionally. I am so grateful I experienced MACP with Mark, Hanna, and Natalie.

The Mindset Engineer: Turning Business Challenges into Clarity, Alignment, and Results
What if the biggest obstacle to growing your business isn't your strategy, but how your team thinks, leads, and executes?
Business owners and leaders face constant pressure to grow revenue, improve profitability, develop their people, and navigate an increasingly complex business environment. Yet even the best strategies fall short when leadership teams lack alignment, accountability, and clarity about what matters most.
That's where The Mindset Engineer comes in.
Founded by Kristen Kosidowski, The Mindset Engineer partners with business owners, executives, and leadership teams to bridge the gap between where they are today and what's possible for their organizations.
With over 20 years of experience spanning engineering, manufacturing, business development, operations, and people strategy, Kristen brings a unique combination of business acumen and executive coaching. She understands both the operational demands of running a business and the human dynamics that determine its success.
The Mindset Engineer focuses on three core areas:
-
Strategic Planning & Execution: Clarifying organizational vision, identifying priorities that move the business forward, and establishing accountability to deliver measurable results.
-
Executive & Leadership Coaching: Equipping leaders to think strategically, navigate challenges, strengthen communication, and lead with greater confidence and effectiveness.
-
Leadership Team Development: Building high-performing teams through trust, alignment, productive conflict, and shared ownership of results.
Kristen's approach combines strategic expertise with the power of coaching, helping leaders challenge assumptions, uncover blind spots, and take ownership of the decisions and actions that drive meaningful results.
Ready to Turn Your 2027 Vision into Results?
As strategic planning season approaches, now is the time to step away from daily demands and ask: Where are we going? What matters most? And how will we turn our priorities into measurable results?
