BHA Board Meeting - 7/25/25 @ 8:30 a.m.

Did you know BHA Board Meetings have a public session that is open to all members? They are an excellent way to learn firsthand what's going on within your HOA. This forum allows members to ask questions and voice comments. The next meeting is 7/25/25 at 8:30 a.m. in BHA's Association Center (111 Lighthouse Wynd) or join meeting with the Zoom link. Please note the new time. The agenda will be posted on the website when available.

Architectural Review Committee

The ARC team is fully staffed and ready to serve our members. Meetings are every month for Sections A and B. We have implemented new procedures for streamlining the process and tracking submittals through the pipeline. These improvements are designed to increase efficiency, reduce turnaround times, and ensure clear communication between homeowners, designers, contractors, and the ARC. Whether you're submitting plans for new construction or a small renovation, our team is here to guide you every step of the way.
