We are excited to announce the launch of the IEA Scholarship Fundraising Campaign, a community-wide effort to raise $50,000 over the next few months.

The funds raised through this campaign will help provide scholarships for individuals to attend the 2027 IEA Enneagram Experience, taking place July 23–25, 2027, in Laval, Quebec, Canada.

Since the IEA Scholarship Fund was established in 2017, we have awarded more than 400 scholarships to IEA conferences and events. Behind that number are people whose opportunities to learn, connect, and contribute grew because someone helped them get there.

Here is what a few scholarship recipients shared after attending an IEA conference:

Attending the IEA Global Conference 2025 was one of the most significant experiences of my professional and personal life. It was my first time traveling to the United States, and I was only able to be there because of the IEA Scholarship Fund. As a South African, opportunities like this are not something I take for granted. They often require not only financial support, but also someone believing that your voice belongs in the room.

English is not my first language, and I did not know anyone at the conference, so I was hesitant to attend. The scholarship meant more to me than financial support. It made me feel that someone was welcoming and encouraging me to be part of this community, and that gave me the courage to attend. That one decision opened the door to new relationships and deeper learning.

Scholarships make room for perspectives and voices that might otherwise be missing from our gathering. Recipients can learn from Enneagram teachers, build lasting relationships, and bring what they learn back to their own communities.
