Sea Pines CSA & ASPPPO Annual Meeting
Sea Pines CSA and ASPPPO Annual Meeting proxies were mailed out on 9/23/2020 and quorum requirements have been met for both Sea Pines CSA and ASPPPO meetings.

Property Owner Decals & ID Card Requests
As a reminder, the Sea Pines CSA Administrative Office is open by appointment only.
Please continue to apply for property owner ID cards and vehicle decals online by visiting www.seapinesliving.com/request . A member of our staff will process your request in the order that it is received. Once fulfilled, you will be contacted to set an appointment for pick up. Due to high demand, please allow a few business days for staff to get in touch to schedule your pickup appointment.

Neighborhood Debris Collection Delays
The Sea Pines CSA Maintenance Department is diligently working to clear the storm debris piles from around the community. We appreciate your patience as our team works as quickly and efficiently as possible to provide this service.
As a reminder, access to the neighborhood debris collection drop off locations are available exclusively for Sea Pines residents. Landscape and lawn service contractors may not leave debris collected from within Sea Pines at these locations. Click here to learn more about Neighborhood Debris Collection.
Sea Pines CSA to Host Deep Well Donation Event
A Deep Well Donation Drop off event has been scheduled at the Sea Pines Community Center Parking Lot (71 Lighthouse Rd. Suite #120) on Thursday, October 22 from 8:00 AM - Noon.

Those interested in donating may drop off the requested items during the date and times noted in the vehicle marked as the donation drop. When making donations, please ensure to wear a face covering and practice social-distancing guidelines.

Roadway Repairs Throughout The Community Continue
Roadway and Pothole repairs are scheduled for the next three weeks throughout the community, weather permitting
Flag persons, advisory signs and other safety devices will be used in their work zones, drivers are asked to proceed with caution

North Sea Pines Drive Infrastructure Improvement Project
Sea Pines CSA has identified approximately 1.3 miles of North Sea Pines Drive from the Sea Pines Ocean Gate to the Lighthouse Road intersection to undergo extensive storm water drainage repairs and road resurfacing in 2020 and 2021. Click hereto read the project announcement.
Sea Pines CSA Mosquito Treatment
Out next mosquito treatments will be taking place on Monday, October 19th during overnight hours, weather permitting.
Spectrum to Install Fiber Optic Cables
Spectrum will be continuing to survey and beginning to set up the area to install fiber optic cables along Sea Pine Drive from South Beach Lane to South Beach, weather permitting.
Project to take approximately 8 weeks, weather permitting.
The work will be in proximity to the leisure trail, pedestrians and bikers are asked to proceed with caution in this area.
Fraser Circle to Sea Pines Drive work will begin the week of October 19th
Project will take approximately 3 to 6 weeks to complete, weather permitting

Detours will be provided where needed
