We are pleased to inform you that as of June 01, 2023, Sedgwick and Albertsons Companies has strategically partnered with One Call to streamline Physical Medicine ancillary claims for Albertsons Companies injured workers in all states, now including California.
One Call is comprised of a broad network of quality providers and an extensive network of services, including:
- Referral authorization

Payment distribution, and
- Invoicing
As a One Call in-network provider, an important part of your One Call Provider Agreement is submitting invoices for the following services provided to Albertsons Companies workers’ compensation injured workers:
- Physical Therapy
- Occupational Therapy
- Certified Hand Therapy
- Massage Therapy
- Speech Language Pathology
Note: *California Chiropractic & Acupuncture services are not included.
To receive prompt payment please submit clean claim invoices with appropriate supporting documentation to One Call within the timeframe noted in your Provider Agreement via one of the following methods:
