County officials may now register for the 2022 Legislative Leadership Conference (LLC). Join ACCG, your county colleagues, and state leaders on September 28-30 at the Jekyll Island Convention Center in Glynn County for the association’s fall policy conference and days of engaging educational opportunities.

The LLC provides counties the opportunity to make sure their voices are heard in the association’s policy process. Secure Your Conference Housing After You Register
Housing Deadline is Monday, September 5 

ACCG has blocks at five conference hotels for conference attendees. Attendees are encouraged to make hotel reservations as soon as possible as room blocks sell out quickly. The discounted rate expires on Monday, September 5.

Courtyard Jekyll Island (178 South Beachview Drive; co-branded with Residence Inn Jekyll Island) 
- 6 room type choices; rates range from $185.00 to $235.00 per night 
- No Friday night rooms in ACCG block (may be possible for county to

- In addition, there is a $5 per night hotel-motel fee, plus current taxes

- 3 room type choices; rates range from $139.00 to $169.00 per night

- 3 room type choices; all rates are $164.00 per night  
- Limited number of available reservations to include Friday night at conference rate 
- In addition, there is a $5 per night hotel-motel fee, plus current taxes 

Residence Inn Jekyll Island (178 South Beachview Drive; co-branded with Courtyard Jekyll Island) 
- 5 room type choices; rates range from $215.00 to $295.00 per night    
- No Friday night rooms in ACCG block (may be possible for county to negotiate with hotel)

The Westin Jekyll Island (110 Ocean Way) 
- 7 room type choices; rates range from $195.00 to $359.00 per night    
- Limited number of available reservations to include Friday night at conference rate

Your Participation is Needed in the Business Session - Appoint Your County's Voting Delegate

Business Session to Vote on 2023 Legislative Priorities and Proposed Policy Agenda

Ensuring that all counties' voices are heard is a priority of ACCG. The association encourages every county to appoint a voting delegate to vote on the 2023 Proposed Policy Agenda and Legislative Priorities during this year's business session. The business session will take place on Thursday, September at 1:30 p.m. Be sure to complete the voting delegate form by Friday, August 26 and return it to Tottianna Davis by emailing tdavis@accg.org or faxing (678) 626-9642.

Sign Up for a Lifelong Learning Academy Course 

Continue your journey of becoming a well-prepared county official by signing up for select courses while at the Legislative Leadership Conference (LLC). Courses are available on Wednesday, September 28 and Friday, September 30. Featuring topics from public safety and public health to citizen engagement and emergency preparedness, ACCG's training and education program for county commissioners has you covered.
