Men's Night in Honor of
Monsignor Kenneth Grimes
| | |
A sold-out crowd was on hand for our annual Men's Night in Honor of Monsignor Kenneth Grimes on Thursday, March 26 at Bishop Watterson. Guests enjoyed a cocktail hour, a steak dinner catered by Berwick Catering, cigars and fellowship with the Bishop Watterson community.
Our guest speaker was Chris Garner '88 who spoke about how his time at Bishop Watterson set the foundation for his career. Chris is an accomplished keynote speaker. He enlisted in the U.S.. Navy after high school and earned a degree in Risk Management and Insurance from the Ohio State University. He has a master's degree from Otterbein University, specializing in Negotiation and Leadership. Since 2001 Chris has officiated college football, and currently officiates in the Southeastern Conference. He resides in Alabama.

On February 21st, our Bishop Watterson community gathered at Ohio Brewing Company for a fantastic night filled with fellowship, laughter, and incredible generosity.
Thanks to the support of so many dedicated parents, alumni, and friends, the evening was not only a great time, it was also a meaningful success in advancing the mission of Bishop Watterson High School. Together, we raised important funds that will directly support our students and help us continue restoring all things in Christ through prayer, service, and study.
A special thank you to Ohio Brewing Company for their partnership and hospitality, to our incredible planning committee for their time and leadership in bringing the night to life, and to everyone who attended and supported the event. Your presence and generosity are what make our community so strong.
It was truly a great night and a beautiful reminder of what’s possible when our Eagle family comes together.
