Like I once said, I won't be the person who overfills your email box! I can't believe that it is May already here and the newsletter is just now getting out to you all.
For those of you who come to see me seasonally for massage, I look forward to seeing you for your Spring tune-up soon. Winter activities are giving way to hiking, kayaking, gardening and yard chores. Has anyone else been clearing downed trees, limbs, brush and debris from the heavy snow and wind we had in April?! Ralph and I have a brushpile that will last the summer for evening fires in our firepit.
Maybe you are looking forward to travel, camping or outside painting as Spring turns into Summer. This is another great reason to come in for a massage to prepare your body for the activities ahead.

Our Angel workshop has been a great success. Participants shared stories, explored beliefs and had the opportunity to learn how to engage with angels, saints and spirit guides in daily life. I look forward to meeting again in a dicussion style group to continue exploring all these lightworkers and how they participate in our everyday lives. This group will be open to anyone interested. Sound Healing Meditation is held on the second Thursday of each month. Recently, our friend, Jon, has added the beautiful sounds of Native American flute to the mixture of crytal and brass bowls, rainsticks, seed pods, ocean drum and Irish drum sounds. It is truly an immersion in sound that lifts your spirit and raises your vibration. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow and any talismans that help you relax. We will do the rest!

There are powerful angels and guides around us all the time and we can call on them for assistance in our daily lives. In fact, they want us to reach out to them! In this meet-up, we will discuss archangels, guardian angels saints and lightworkers and how they appear in our daily lives
A lively discussion will help you connect with your own personal angels, saints, spirit guides and/or lightworkers.
Note: This workshop is not associated with any religion or religious group. The Angels we call upon come in through our higher consciousness.
It is widely believed that all spirit guides, of all types and religions, work together as one in the spiritual realm. They learn from each other, help one another, and live in harmony.
