Back to the '80s this Sunday!

It’s hard to believe that this weekend brings an end to the summer. Sometimes I feel like I’m not even sure when summer started and now it’s over! On the bright side, it brings one of my favorite events, our 80s in the Vines concert! It’s always fun to reminisce about my childhood. I think about how much I loved my plastic charm bracelets, creating a mix tape and watching an after school special. Now with Netflix’s show, Stranger Things ’80s nostalgia has gone crazy! I read somewhere that the show worked with 70 different companies to re-create the look of the 80s. Who would have ever guessed that the New Coke would make a comeback after its disastrous flop first time around?
If you are into the ’80s come out and relive it with us! In addition to the great music by Gary & Groove. We are having three contests:
  • Biggest Hair
  • Oldest Concert T-shirt (doesn’t necessarily need to be from the 80s)
  • Best Overall Outfit
 
Please note that there will not be a food truck this day so please bring your own picnic if you would like along with your blankets and chairs! See event details below.
