National Manufacturing Week

On October 6, 2025, the Franklin County Board of Commissioners officially proclaimed October 3–10, 2025, as National Manufacturing Week, recognizing the critical impact that manufacturers have on our local and regional economy.

Manufacturing contributes over $203 million in total wages and supports more than 2,665 jobs across 59 companies in Franklin County. These businesses drive innovation, create quality careers, and strengthen our communities.

We extend our sincere appreciation to Novonesis, CaptiveAire, PRTI, Shiplap & Sage, and Palziv for attending the proclamation reading and representing the excellence of Franklin County’s manufacturing sector.
