**If you are processing a paper application for a scout it must be completed with required signatures and a check for payment.**

**If you are processing a paper application for an adult it must be accompanied with a VALID YPT certificate, a check for payment, and proper COR signature.**

** Failure to provide the needed documentation causes a delay in getting the application processed.**

It is that time of year again where we start looking for those scouters who made an impact this past year. Nominations for Scouter of the year and District Award of Merit are now being received. Every unit should try to submit a scouter for this award. Award will be presented at the District Award night May14.

Be sure to report your Scouting for Food data. This year we our collecting this electronically via google form. Click the SFF image to report your data. Don't forget to report your service hours on

Internet Advancement.

Our 2024 Annual Appeal is in full swing. By now unit champions by now have sent multiple emails to your units roster, alumni, and supporters. We are well on our way to hitting our goal. This is a reminder that ANY gift help us get closer to our goal. Your support is helping us avoid a program fee, which can be upwards of $80 additional to the current fee structure. 2024 Camp Cards

Camp cards are available. Cards will be available for bulk purchase only. Minimum of 20 cards at $3 each. Units must register in order to receive them at Roundtable.

District elections to be held 5/2/24. The nominating committee will convene to present a slate of district committee members. Nominations can be submitted between now and 4/31/24 to any of the following district volunteers: Megan Napor, Keith Wratchford, Annie Reardon, Bill Cunnane, Peter Jacobus and Chris Letnaunchyn.
