Only 2 Days Left for Early Bird Savings
Dear Sangha,
I’m feeling especially excited for our gathering this weekend and would truly love to be in practice and learning together with you.
This Saturday, April 18th | 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. PT
Therapeutic Yoga and Somatic Practices for Down Syndrome & Hypermobility
Many neurodivergent individuals - including those with Down syndrome, autism, and ADHD - also experience hypermobility, which can impact stability, coordination, energy levels, and overall body awareness. It can also affect proprioception - our sense of where we are in space - which often leads to challenges with coordination, grading of movement, and feeling grounded within the body. And yet, so often, this piece is overlooked.
In this experiential and educational workshop, we’ll explore how to support bodies that are naturally more flexible with what they often need most: strength, stability, containment, and a deeper sense of connection from within.
Together, we’ll weave:
• Somatic and sensory-informed practices
• Strength-building and stabilizing asana
• Interoceptive awareness and self-regulation tools
• Support for energy, stamina, and joint integrity
This is work I care deeply about, and I’m genuinely looking forward to sharing space with those of you who feel called to it.
Can’t join live? You’ll receive the full recording to watch at your own pace.
If you’ve been considering joining, this is your moment - I would love to have you with us, live or in the replay.
