Pond Treatment

Today, Thursday, September 24

To help maintain water quality, the pond in the Village Green was treated with chemicals today, Thursday, September 24.

For everyone's safety, please prevent children and pets from playing in the pond or consuming pond water.

Remodel Begins September 24

Clubhouse Closed During Demo

The long-awaited clubhouse remodel begins today, September 24! We will be replacing the old slate flooring with brand new tile and installing a new, modern front desk.

The remodel is scheduled to take place from September 24 through October 10. The clubhouse and gym will be closed during the demolition phase from September 24 through October 2. After the demolition phase, the clubhouse will have limited access while we complete the rest of the remodel.

We will keep residents updated via email throughout the remodel process if anything changes. Thank you for your understanding as we complete this exciting renovation, and we look forward to showing you the shiny new clubhouse!

October 1 is right around the corner! Make sure to log in to BUURT, our SunCrest resident portal, to submit your payment before the 15th of the month to avoid any late fees. Set up autopay in BUURT to ensure your payments are always made on time and never miss a deadline!

Holiday Lights and Displays

Please Be Courteous to Neighbors!

With October approaching, many may be eager to decorate their homes for Halloween or other holidays! With this in mind, we ask that you please remember to be courteous to your neighbors in your decor choices, such as by unplugging inflatable displays or lights at night.

We ask that you also keep in mind SunCrest's holiday lighting restrictions. Temporary lights may be installed no sooner than October 1, and holiday lights may be illuminated between November 15 and January 15.

Help Keep Paths Clear

For Mail Carriers and Pedestrians

The Draper Post Office has asked residents to trim trees and vegetation around mailboxes and along the street. Branches overhanging the road should provide 10 feet of clearance for safe vehicle access.

While you’re trimming, please also check that sidewalks and walkways are free of branches and encroaching bushes to provide clear access for pedestrians. Thank you for helping keep the neighborhood accessible for everyone!

RV Parking Ends September 30

Time to Find Alternate Storage!

RV parking season is coming to an end on September 30! If you have been approved for a permit to park your recreational vehicle at your home, please arrange to relocate it by the end of the month.

Next Open Board Meeting

Thank you to all who attended last night's Open-Session Board meeting! Our next meeting is scheduled for October 28, at 6 pm via Zoom.

Open Board Meetings are the perfect opportunity to get involved at SunCrest! You can present questions to the Board during our open forum at the beginning of each meeting.

Our Fall Community Yard Sale is this Saturday, September 26, and it's not too late to join! You can select to set up your display at the Village Green or your own property address. Registration closes Friday, September 25, at 2 pm.

Help us make the yard sale successful and spread the word! You can:

Share the official yard sale map link that shows all participating homes.
Post signs around your neighborhood to let everyone know you're participating in the yard sale (be sure to remove them after the event!).

Village Green

Calling all ghouls and ghosts! Get ready for SunCrest's Spooky Movie in the Park. This year, we'll be watching the Halloween classic, Hocus Pocus!

We'll start the movie right at 7:30 pm, so plan to arrive a few minutes early to settle in and get cozy with your blankets and lawn chairs. We'll have s'mores and cider while supplies last!

Fall Festival

Saturday, October 10 | 12 pm - 2 pm

Village Green

Let's celebrate all things autumn at SunCrest's Fall Festival! Stop by the Village Green on October 10 from 12 to 2 pm to enjoy the changing leaves and a slew of fun, fall activities!

While you're there, purchase lunch for the whole family from the Smoke a Billy BBQ food truck!

SunCrest Lifestyle will be hosting a fall-themed scavenger hunt with prizes, so don't forget to stop by their booth and say hi!
