As you know, OPWDD requires all documentation to be contemporaneous to be eligible for billing and payment. This holds true for ALL system documentation, including broker invoices. To be compensated for broker services, brokers must document services contemporaneously, which means at the time of service delivery or immediately after, no more than one day after the date of service. As we navigate the changing demands of the field together, please understand that Springbrook’s expectation for contemporaneous documentation is upheld rigorously. Our mantra is to simplify, to only require what is required by OPWDD, and to always be accessible to work through complexities together!
