I pray everyone is doing well. Hurricane Isaias indeed caused lots of damage throughout our region and especially in the Milton and Pensacola areas.
I thank Mrs. Linda Perez and her husband, the leaders of the Boricuas de Corazon Inc. organization. They drove in from Tampa this past week and set up a distribution of supplies point at La Calle Food Court/The Lamb Center in Fort Walton Beach and then they fed several hundred persons in Milton, in collaboration with Jose and Jessica Perez, the leaders of the NW Florida Boricuas Ausentes Inc. (Pensacola) and Zulma Berenice (Creative Life Media). A special thanks to Klaudia Flores, owner of La Calle and Mr. Pete Peters, the founder of the Lamb Center, for their support and participation at the FWB Distribution Point!
The Mid-Term elections are getting hot and heavy! I think this is probably the MOST IMPORTANT election in my lifetime and we invite everyone to go out and meet the candidates and/or learn more about who you are voting for. Regardless of party, we must ensure that HONESTY, INTEGRITY, BASIC HUMAN DECENCY, and COMMON SENSE are traits that ALL CANDIDATES must have. In my humble opinion, it is as simple as that!

CMG is hosting a Business Networking Social on 29 October at The Block in Fort Walton Beach and it is also going to be our last "Meet The Candidates" event of the year.
For this one, we are inviting only some of the local area candidates to be our special guests and they will get to speak to the audience and answer one or two questions audience members may ask. But the event will also have great NETWORKING time and it will be a fun, latin flavored activity for all to enjoy!
