ServiSolutions would like to remind participating lenders that when reviewing Purchase Advices for accuracy, any discrepancies must be reported within 60 days of purchase. All discrepancies must be submitted using the Research Request Form.
If you have questions regarding the amounts reflected on your Purchase Advice, lenders must complete the form and email it to fundingdifference@ahfa.com for review.
Please allow time for processing, as research is a detailed and time‑intensive process necessary to ensure accuracy and thorough completion.
