Developing Nor’easter to Bring Impacts to the Area Tonight and Tomorrow
From the National Weather Service:
A deepening low pressure system will track north along the Southeast coast tonight into Tuesday.
The low will result in very gusty northeast winds along the coast and over the coastal waters and the passage of a moderate to heavy rain band late tonight into Tuesday morning.
Conditions will improve Tuesday afternoon as the low lifts north of the area.

Our contractor will be performing maintenance work at the Gallery of Shops building located at 14 Greenwood Drive on Wednesday, April 3rd. Work includes:
Power washing the building
Blowing off the roof and gutters
Cleaning exterior windows
Tree Work to Occur on Beach Walks # 38-11
Tree work is scheduled April 2-12; between 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM
Beach Walk will remain open during the work. However, we ask residents to use caution when traveling through the area as it may be an active work zone.
Our tree contractor will have their crew members help secure and stop traffic/pedestrians if needed.
Power Washing to occur at the Greenwood Gate
CSA Staff will be pressure washing at the Greenwood Gate on Tuesday April 2nd, between the hours of 6:00 AM-8:00 AM.
The gate will remain open during this work. However, this area will be an active work zone, so we ask travelers to proceed with caution.
