2025 Industrywide Legislative Meeting

March 14th | 10 AM – 12 PM | Zoom

Tomorrow is California's bill introduction deadline, when we expect hundreds of additional new pieces of legislation to be introduced.

Don't miss commercial real estate’s annual update on newly introduced legislation impacting our industry. This meeting is the final step in the initial review process where we bring together members to review the bill list and set the direction for your advocates in Sacramento. BOMA California is a member driven organization and we rely on your feedback as part of this process!

These measures focus on wildfire prevention, emergency response, insurance market stability, and holding responsible parties accountable for climate-related damages.
