Please fill out the form to send an email to your Senators and Members of Congress and encourage them to cosponsor the newly introduced bills to provide a CERTS refill (S. 4008) and tax fix (H.R. 7477).

In addition, please take a minute to read the letter sent to Congressman Boyle, Congressmen Evans, Congressmen Kelly, and Congressman Smucker, by 23 PBA motorcoach operators across the commonwealth of Pennsylvania regarding an urgent tax matter, an oversight related to the taxability of grants provided under the CERTS Act in the first available legislative vehicle.
