1776 - 2026, 250 Years!

Introducing the Cross Stitch & Needlepoint Red, White & Blue SAL

There never seems to be enough time to stitch for the 4th of July. It just comes and goes so quickly. Next year we celebrate 250 years as a nation, so I've decided to start now to be ready for 2026!

On Thursday July 3rd we'll kick off the Cross Stitch Red, White & Blue SAL.

To be a part of the SAL, simply pick your favorite patriotic design, gather your supplies and get ready to start stitching at 10:30 Thursday, July 3rd.

Join us at the shop or from the comfort of your stitching chair by Zoom. We'll meet every other Thursday throughout the year.

If you need a chart, fabric or fibers please let us know and we'll get them for you.

If you can't pick a favorite that's fine. We intend to stitch multiple projects throughout the year!

I'll be stitching "A Red Cottage" by Plum Street and adding a flag on the left side. I just love the red flowers!

July 17th

Introducing the Needlepoint Red, White & Blue SAL featuring "Twinkle"

I've had a few requests to do this piece over the last year and I believe this is the perfect time!

This SAL will start July 17th - hopefully the canvas will have arrived by then. And yes, I've already made a change in the color of the canvas so that we can add some open work. There will also be some fiber and accessory changes as we move thru the project.

Each month I'll release a video on that month's areas. Then you may stitch at your leisure.

Trunk Show for July

We are excited to have Janice Holden's trunk show for this month! Janice is a local designer and teacher and I can't wait for you to see all of her designs - ornaments, pillows, 3-D boots and mini bustiers, they're so much fun. Janice is dropping the show off on Saturday and we hope to have it online next week.

Radiance Metallic has arrived!!!

You've heard about it, now come see it! We have all of the colors of the Mini Radiance (a small thin thread for "lite" stitching, think Petite Silk Lame) and the Jewel Colors of the Radiance 18 (works perfectly on 18 mech canvas and can be divided). Pick out your favorite color and add some sparkle to you work!
