Dear Smith Chiropractic Patients, Past and Present,

I am a simple man who answered a calling to serve others, not for myself, but for the benefit of as many people as I could help, whether through chiropractic care, civic/community service, or otherwise. I am honored to have touched so many lives; in return, so many have touched mine.

With the support of my wife, Diane - the most beautiful and genuinely good person I have ever known - I’ve made the difficult decision to retire from my chiropractic practice after 36 wonderful years. It’s simply time for me.

Over the past several years, I’ve gradually stepped back from my civic and community leadership roles, entrusting them to other capable hands. This was done with the intention of focusing fully on finding someone equally capable to carry on your care - a responsibility I have always taken to heart.

I’m happy to share that I have found that person. Dr. Jeannine Baer will officially take the helm of Smith Chiropractic on June 1st. With 30 years in practice, Dr. Baer brings not only deep expertise and experience but also genuine compassion for her patients. I wholeheartedly encourage you to place the same trust in her that you have so kindly given to me. You’ll be hearing more about her in the coming weeks.

We hope the month of May will serve as a smooth and meaningful transition. As one chapter closes and a new one begins, I’m confident this will be a positive new beginning for all.

I will continue to see patients during regular office hours through May 31st. Dr. Baer will begin seeing patients starting June 1st.
