Community Meetings 2022
After 2 years of hybrid meetings we will get back to face-to-face meetings this year. We are planning for a Global Meeting in Denmark in October and for a North American Regional meeting in November. .

Global Meeting: Billund, Denmark, October 10 and 11 with optional activities on October 9. More information will be published in June. Registration will open July 1.

You can already now submit proposals for presentations by emailing either Per or Robert.

North American Meeting: Los Angeles, USA, November 9 to 11. More information will be published in July. Registration will open August 1.

Using LEGO SERIOUS PLAY one-on-one
Meet facilitator Ariane Hecker.
Ariane has a background in project management and works as systemic coach and as a consultant for E-Learning, communication and Change Management mainly in the public sector. She completed her facilitator training with me in Munich earlier this year and challenged me to help her find out, how she could apply LSP to her work as a systemic coach.

LSP is a process that requires at least two people, so the answer is not that straight forward. When I am asked "can I use LSP for coaching?" my general answer is therefore; "Yes, IF you ALSO build as the coach."

Ariane accepted this challenge and designed a roadmap, which she later tried out with success. You can read all about her experiment by downloading these two files:
